As the fourth-generation owner of the Bow Tie family of companies, Ben leads the day-to-day operations of Bow Tie Partners and Bow Tie Entertainment, respectively, the company’s real estate and entertainment divisions. Bow Tie Partners specializes in the redeveloping historic and architecturally significant properties and management of its portfolio. Bow Tie Entertainment specializes in developing and investing in public facing entertainment concepts including movie theaters, entertainment centers and restaurant & bar concepts.
