An industry veteran, Steve has served as Director of Construction for Loews Theatres, Vice President-Construction and Facilities for Clearview Cinemas, and as a partner in Tristar Associates, a General Contracting firm based in New York City and specializing in the movie theatre and entertainment industry. In his storied career, Steve has built, renovated, and repositioned hundreds of theater and entertainment venues.

As the Principal Owner of SVC Services, a consulting firm founded in 2004, Steve has lent his expertise to countless projects including design and development of many of the newest concepts in the industry. He is sought out to consult on new theater design, luxury retrofits, and development and installation of dining and bar concepts. He specializes in instituting systems and cost controls for theater chains which create efficiencies and reduce operating costs while maintaining a first class guest experience.

SVC Services also manages facilities and operations for a diverse commercial real estate portfolio, including a flagship retail and entertainment property in Times Square and over 750,000 square feet in the Northeast and Mid-Atlantic regions.
