Joe has been in the theater business most of his life, having started as a ‘rewind kid’ at eleven years old! He managed his first theater from the time he was 17, worked his way up to regional multi-unit management, and soon after became the General Manager of the then busiest theater in the world, in the heart of New York City. In that capacity, Joe was integral to the development of Bow Tie Ultimate,® the latest movie-going concept that drives and increases repeat business and top line revenues. Joe also developed BTX: Bow Tie Extreme, the company’s proprietary large format brand and technology. Under Joe’s leadership, The Bow Tie group has won numerous awards for customer service, several of its locations have been voted “Best Movie Theater” by local press, and the company has been noted as a “Best Place To Work”.
